Where can I see your products ?
We have a showroom (visiting by appointment please) in Middlesex. In additon to our website, we can send out brochures and from our fabric collection samples or high resolution images by email.
How long will it take for my order to dispatch ?
All pieces are held in stock in London (unless marked as out of stock), we endevour to get the products out with in 7 days of receipt of order.
What is your returns policy ?
We have a no quibbles returns policy and will give a full refund if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, as long as we are notified within 7 days of receiopt and item is returned in original packaging.
How much is the postage and packaging for orders ?
Our P+P rates start at low as £4.50 for orders under £25, then
£7.50 for orders between £25 and £50
£8.50 for orders between £50 and £75
£10 for orders between £75 and £100,
£17.50 for orders between £100 and £200, and then respectivley.
For fragile items that require 'white glove deliver' a surcharge may apply depending on the delivery address.
Do you ship to an overseas address ?
Yes, we serve overseas clients, please contact us for shipping arrangements and payment.
Can you send me a brochure?
Yes, please let us know which of our collections you are interested in.
Can you send me a samples of fabric ?
Yes, let us know which ones you are interested in and we will work out the cost (which is refundable on return).
Can you send me samples of tiles ?
We would send out high resolution images of a selection of tiles , if you require sampels we would send them out and a full refund will be given on return.
