You can purchase online with the confidence and knowledge that our credit card security system is high street bank approved. Our payment gateway is Protx and our clearing bank is Nat West Streamline making purchasing from us extremely safe and secure. |
| Delivery |
We aim to deliver your order (excluding items that require white glove delivery service *) within 14 business days for UK mainland addresses from receipt of payment.
For non fragile items we use Parcel Force or Royal Mail, which starts at £4.50 for packages less than 4 KGs and for packages upto 12KGs the charge is £7.50 per box, for heavier than 12 kg £10 per box is charged (prices incl. of VAT).
* For fragile items, we use a special white glove delivery service, for which a surcharge will apply depending on the delivery location. For most pieces of furniture we charge £30.00 for delivery to mainland UK addresses, excluding the more remote parts (such as northern Scotland and Cornwall). For remoter parts of the UK mainland and offshore addresses, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quote.
As soon as the order is ready for delivery we will contact you to give the tracking number (www.parcelforce.com) or delivery details if white glove delivery service is used.
IWe will ship to addresses outside the UK, please contact us for quotes on shipping costs. |
| Gift Wrapping and Presents |
We will deliver to a different address and add a greeting of your choice for purchases that are gifts, please email your instructions (within 2 hours of ordering) to info@templetrading.co.uk if not included at the time of ordering. We will ensure no billing information is sent with your purchase, only our address will appear on the delivery outer package and a greeting of your choice. If you require complete gift wrapping please contact us and we will do our best to be of service. |
| Returns & Refunds |

We offer a returns policy that gives you complete peace of mind. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase when it arrives, simply inform us within 7 working days of the item being delivered and returned to us unused and in the original packing. We will then either replace it for you or provide a full refund of the item value. |
| Governing Law |

In purchasing goods on this site you acknowledge that the contract between Temple Trading and yourself is governed by and interpreted by English Law and that English courts will have jurisdiction in resolving any disputes. |
